The Ereky István Research Centre of the Pázmány Péter Catholic University Faculty of Law and Political Sciences is hosting a conference on 'Administrative procedures of Member States in the light of the Model Rules of the EU' at Budapest, Hungary. The conference will consist of plenary and session presentations with discussions on the following themes:
- domestic and international context of the Hungarian Act CXL of 2004 on the General Rules of Administrative Proceedings and Services and its conceptual issues,
- the impact of the forthcoming European procedural model rules,
- how can the procedural law help the development dictated by the economy.
